I have 10+ years in research, evaluation, education, and nonprofit organizations. I am dedicated to gathering research and analyzing data to help leaders understand their impact and guide programmatic decision-making. Using my community organizing and research skills, I do this in an inclusive way that means stakeholders feel heard throughout the process.
